We’re spearheading a new downstream processing industry for the nation, transforming magnetite iron ore into a high-grade, premium export product.

Sino Iron is a fully integrated operation – featuring a mine serviced by the biggest haul trucks in the world, a six-line concentrator and port terminal facilities at nearby Cape Preston. Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.

The Opportunity

We require an Administrator – Supply to join our Warehouse team on site. This role is on 9/5 roster, FIFO from Perth. Reporting to the Superintendent – Warehouse, the Administrator – Supply is responsible for providing onsite assistance and support to the Warehouse team which will enable them to focus on achieving the business objectives of the group.

Using your advanced computer skills you will:

  • Create, generate and distribute reports & presentations as required
  • Create purchase requisitions, process invoices and do service entries in our ERP system, SAP
  • Carry out SAP warehouse related transactions
  • Maintain department rosters & leave registers including travel and accommodation requirements
  • End of Month reconciliations and reporting related to fuel, explosives and chemicals
  • Maintain fuel management system reporting & reconciliation

To be successful in this role you will be a well organised self-starter with a high level of numeracy and literacy. You will have advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite of tools, have an eye for detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

We’re looking for motivated team players, with good communication skills and a can-do attitude. Knowledge and experience with accounts receivable practices, invoice reconciliation, inventory control and the reporting requirements of the National Greenhouse Energy reporting act is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative role using ERP systems such as SAP in a financial / warehouse / supply environment will be highly regarded.

An unrestricted “C” class driving licence is essential to the role and copies of all current qualifications / licences must be provided at the time of interview.
