The opportunity

We’re seeking a driven Permit Officer to support our Processing team on a 2/1 roster FIFO from Perth. This position is offered on a 12 month maximum term contract.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overall management, implementation and Safe application of the Permit to Work and Isolations & tagging procedures
  • Undertake regular and ongoing liaison and coordination with the production, maintenance and construction teams to ensure permitting requirements are known, scheduled and implemented.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Permit to Work systems within a Mineral processing environment
  • SAP experience
  • Frontline Management and TAE certifications are desirable
  • A current WA Manual Drivers licence is an essential requirement
