We’re seeking a driven Leading Hand for the Workshop to support our HME Maintenance team. This is a permanent position on a continuous shift 2/1 roster, FIFO from Perth.

The purpose of the Leand Hand – Workshop role is for “on the job” leadership & support to the tradespersons & other maintenance staff including contractors.  Overseeing the progress of servicing and maintenance to a fleet of Ultra Class Bucyrus Electric drive trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment and Letourneau wheel loaders/dozers.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with proven leadership experience
• An Australian recognised Heavy Duty Mechanic Trade Certificate
• Experience with Electrical Drive Trucks & Letourneau Wheel Loaders
• SAP knowledge  
• A valid WA HR licence
• HRWL + CSE & W@H
