The opportunity

We’re seeking a driven Advisor - Systems Development to support our Training team. This role reports to the Superintendent – Learning Systems and is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Research systems-based solutions to complex business training problems and provide value-based recommendations
  2. Devising new data presentation processes utilising Power BI and SAP Analytics to build and maintain custom reports
  3. Participating in the development and maintenance of a range of ongoing improvement processes
  4. Helping to ensure the integrated learning and workforce management systems operate effectively (including SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP analytics, Siemens, INX)
  5. Stay up to date with latest SAP quarterly releases; research the requirements and impacts and assist in the implementation of quarterly updates

To be successful in the role you must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or data analytics related field such as computer science, mathematics, or finance preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, Excel (advanced level), Web API and Data analysis skills
  • A current WA Drivers licence is an essential requirement
