The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Travel & Site Access Coordinator for our Perth office on a full-time max term basis.
Reporting to the Manager - Facilities & Logistics, this role is responsible for providing an efficient travel and site access service to internal CITIC Pacific Mining employees and external contractors. Responsibilities will include charter and commercial flight bookings, camp movements, international travel, and mobilisation of new starters.
About You
As the successful candidate you’ll have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge of SAM (Site Administration Management) and travel industry knowledge highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a flexible work ethic as there will be a requirement to work on-call and variable working hours.
