CITIC Pacific Mining is looking for a detail-oriented HME Parts Planner - Staging to join our dynamic team at Cape Preston. If you have a strong background in parts planning and warehousing and thrive in a fast-paced mining environment, we want to hear from you!

As the HME Parts Planner - Staging, you will play a crucial role in ensuring parts are staged and delivered on time for weekly maintenance plans and shutdowns. Using SAP, you will coordinate with planners, the execution team, and supply personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Stage parts for weekly plans and shutdowns as requested by the Planning Supervisor.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the execution team.
• Communicate effectively with planners and the execution team to align shutdown timing.
• Manage parts returns to ensure full credits are received for cores and unused parts.
• Support the maintenance planning team in improving planning processes, equipment life plans, and safe work procedures.
• Ensure effective communication with maintenance, supply, operations, and management teams.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a trade, technical, or warehouse environment.
• Current manual drivers licence and forklift licence (essential)
• Dangerous goods handling and storage licence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to review situations logically and laterally.
